If you're reading this, you're already doing more than most.

You've tried the charts. The consequences. The therapy appointments. You've read the books—maybe even a few of ours. You've had the conversations with your partner, your child's teachers, the pediatrician. You are not a parent who gives up.

You're here because some of what you're doing really is working—and some of it isn't.
And you're ready for more of it to work, more of the time.

Here's the good news: you are in good company if you're frustrated.
And this is going to be easier than you think.

 What you'll walk away with

 Meet Elaine & Diane

Elaine Taylor-Klaus, MCC, co-founder of ImpactParents Elaine Taylor-Klaus, MCC, co-founder of ImpactParents
Elaine Taylor-Klaus, MCC, didn't understand her own wiring until she was diagnosed with attention and learning issues at 40 — and it changed everything about how she works with families now. She's a Master Certified Coach (a distinction held by fewer than 4% of ICF-certified coaches), co-founder of ImpactParents, and mom to three complex kids (now young adults).
Diane Dempster, PCC, co-founder of ImpactParents Diane Dempster, PCC, co-founder of ImpactParents
Diane Dempster, PCC, spent years running herself into the ground trying to be the perfect mom before she learned the thing she now teaches: you can't pour from an empty cup. She had to focus on how to be the change her kids needed most. She's a Professional Certified Coach, co-founder of ImpactParents, and mom to three complex kids (now young adults).
Together, Elaine and Diane have spent more than 30 years each raising complex kids of their own — and coaching thousands of parents through exactly what you're facing now.
They were honored in 2025 as recipients of CHADD's prestigious Hall of Fame Award.
I started out wanting to fix my kid. I ended up rediscovering the joy of being my daughter's mom.

 Frequently asked questions

Is this webinar really free?

Yes! Completely free, with no obligation to purchase anything.

What if I can't attend live?

Register anyway. We'll send you the replay link after the session, so you don't lose access just because the timing doesn't work.

Will there be a sales pitch?

Near the end, we'll share how Sanity School® can help you go deeper if this session resonates. The training itself is real, usable, effective content—no bait-and-switch.

Does my child need a diagnosis for me to attend?

No. This webinar is for any parent who feels like something is off kilter between the behavior they're seeing, the explanations they've been given, and the guidance they really need. A diagnosis isn't required to find this useful.

Is this webinar right for me if I think I might have ADHD or anxiety too?

Absolutely. Many of the parents in our community are neurodivergent themselves. Elaine speaks from that experience directly, and always creates programs and presentations that are designed to be neuro-affirming and friendly.

How long is the webinar?

About 60 minutes. Elaine & Diane will allow for extra time for live Q&A if the group wants.
