We are Elaine and Diane, professional certified coaches and the founders of ImpactParents, ImpactADHD®, and ImpactAnxiety. We are also the co-creators of Sanity School®.
Between our two families, we are parents of a combined 6 kids with complex challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, learning disabilities, autism, and more. After decades of raising our kids with a (neuro-informed) coach approach, we have terrific relationships with our six fantastic (and successful) young adults --and we've kept our sense of humor in the process!
There's a lot of misinformation 'out there' about parenting complex kids, and since we first met each other, we’ve been committed to set the record straight. Experience taught us that despite their challenges, complex kids have the capacity to become extraordinary adults -- and it's our job as parents to help them get there.
Since 2011, we’ve been actively involved with supporting families, all over the globe, and are proud to be seen as the 'voice for parents' raising complex kids.
