We are Elaine and Diane, professional certified coaches and the founders of ImpactParents, ImpactADHD®, and ImpactAnxiety.

Between our two families, we are parents of a combined 6 kids with complex challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, learning disabilities, and more. After more than a decade of raising our kids with a coach approach, we now have terrific relationships with our six successful young adults -- and kept our sense of humor in the process!

How long is each module?

Who are Elaine and Diane?

Elaine Taylor-Klaus and Diane Dempster are professional certified coaches and mothers of 6 kids between them, with ADHD, anxiety, learning challenges, and related challenges.
