Meet your hosts:
Elaine Taylor-Klaus and Diane Dempster
Elaine Taylor-Klaus, MCC and Diane Dempster, PCC understand first-hand that traditional parenting advice doesn’t work for all kids, especially when they face complex challenges like ADHD, anxiety, autism, LD, and more.

After becoming certified as professional coaches, they realized they became significantly better parents to their own complex kids. By improving communication and shifting some of their own old habits, they empowered their kids and transformed their families.

In 2011, they came together to create ImpactADHD® to support other parents of complex kids by teaching them coaching fundamentals. Expanding to ImpactParents in 2020, they are internationally recognized thought leaders at the intersection of parenting, neurodiversity, and coaching.

The hosts of the Parenting with Impact Podcast, they are authors of award-winning blogs and books, including Parenting ADHD Now! and The Essential Guide to Raising Complex Kids with ADHD, Anxiety and More.

If you've never had a chance to learn from Elaine & Diane, you'll want to pull up a screen for a healthy combination of professional and lived-experience, the perfect blend of inspiration, wisdom, and practical guidance!

What Other's have to say about Elaine & Diane's Presentations:

"No one, absolutely no one, does parent coaching better. As a pediatrician who works specifically with ADHD, I recommend Elaine &Diane to all of the parents in my practice. These women get ADHD families and how to help them like no one else on the planet. The return on an investment in learning what they can teach you will be priceless.”
-Karin Varblow, MD (VA)

“It was great to get a dose of wisdom from you, today. I am always re-invigorated when I attend or listen to your amazing webinars. I love that two such articulate, wise, and compassionate women are making this real in the world.”
Sariel Ende-Alonzo
Personal Development Coach

"I cannot say you THANK YOU enough for this afternoon's webinar! You two are right on target; speaking truth about effective parenting - - I know this inherently yet putting skills into practice is a different story!  A statement you hear all the time, right?! Kudos to you since, while you're not psychologists, you are EXPERTS by experience."
~ Brandee S

“I thought the webinar was fabulous. The coaching just pours out naturally for both of you, and you've got great chemistry as co-presenters. One of the things I find appealing about y'all is that you are so genuine and not afraid to be real. It's encouraging, refreshing, and reassuring. You helped a lot of folks, which is a huge blessing for us and for you.”
-Georgia F, Special Education Parent Mentor

"An “out of the ordinary” session with truly meaningful information! Both presenters were outstanding!"
